Anup Neupane is an engineering geologist and geotech with exposure to geological and geotechnical investigations, core logging and sampling, underground rock mass assessment, and construction supervision on major infrastructure projects. He holds a masters degree in applied geology and has developed a strong foundation in engineering geology, rock mechanics and geological/geotechnical site investigation works.
His experience includes:
- Working on major, hydropower and transmission related site investigations
- Underground assessments
- Ground support recommendations in the challenging Himalaya region
- Skilled in surface and underground exposed rockmass mapping and classification (RQD, RMR, Q-value)
- Core drilling supervision and logging
- In-situ testing
- Pit sampling
- Laboratory test evaluations across different project components
